According to national regulations, bag filters must be used for the treatment of waste incineration exhaust gas. However, due to the complexity and variability of the operating conditions, various damages and even failures are prone to occur in practical applications. We recommend that customers prioritize the use of 100% PTFE to adapt to the following harsh operating conditions:
1. The temperature is unstable, generally ranging from 150-200℃, and sometimes reaching as high as 250℃; the temperature resistance of the filter material is required to be extremely high.
2. Highly abrasive, the filter material must possess a certain degree of wear resistance.
3. Due to high humidity and damp environment, dust tends to become moist, agglomerate, and adhere; filter materials must have strong resistance to moisture;
4. Contains high levels of oily substances. The oily substances generated during waste incineration primarily originate from the inherent oily components of the waste itself and the oily substances produced during boiler startup or fuel addition for combustion support.
5. High oxygen content (Oxidizing substances mainly include O2, NOX, Br2, Fe2O3, etc., which have strong oxidizing properties, sometimes reaching up to 15%-30%)
Choosing 100% PTFE simultaneously offers the following advantages:
1. Adapting to the new standards introduced by the national environmental protection regulations and the increasing demands of the public for a better environment.
2. An effective way to control dioxins. The current national standard for dioxin emissions is 1ng-TEQ/Nm3, while the local standards in developed regions such as the Yangtze River Delta have been raised to 0.1ng-TEQ/Nm3.
