Our company uses NOMEX produced by DuPont and CONEX high-temperature resistant fiber from Teijin. We adopt international advanced standards and use imported advanced equipment to develop and produce high-temperature resistant needle punched filter felt.
Characteristics of aramid high-temperature resistant needle punched filter felt:
1. Excellent temperature resistance: It can operate continuously at a temperature of 204 ℃ (instantaneous temperature of 250 ℃) and can withstand repeated fluctuations in temperature of 250 ℃.
2. Outstanding dimensional stability: With a thermal shrinkage rate of less than 1% at a temperature of 250 ℃, it has excellent high-temperature stability.
3. Impressive fire resistance: It only begins to decompose and carbonize at 400 ℃, with a limit oxygen index (LOI) of 30, and does not ignite or support combustion.
4. Good chemical resistance: Low concentrations of acids, bases, and most hydrocarbons will not affect it, and even a small amount of fluoride will not significantly corrode it;

Specific application areas: chemical industry, carbon black (white carbon black) exhaust gas, blast furnace gas in ironmaking plants, kiln exhaust gas in cement plants, kiln exhaust gas in calcium carbide plants, casting and steelmaking plant flue gas, asphalt concrete mixing flue gas, refractory brick kiln flue gas, coking flue gas.
