This filter material has the following three significant characteristics:
1. Significant temperature resistance; The operating temperature is 260 ℃, but there is a safe space to cope with downtime and unexpected events.
2. Good chemical resistance; The filtration value of P84 filter bags for acidic waste gas dust has been confirmed in the past decade of garbage incineration operations.
3. Low backwash pressure and high efficiency of elastic desliming cake; The P84 characteristic is significant due to the fineness of the fiber itself, and the irregular cross-section of the fiber increases the surface area to the maximum, providing many small pores to make the surface filtration effect better than deep filtration. Dust only stays on the surface of the filter felt and cannot penetrate into it, so the backwash pressure is low and the efficiency of filter cake bounce off is significantly improved, with excellent collection efficiency of fine particles and small operating pressure difference.
Application: P84 filter material has gained rich application experience in gypsum plants, cement plants, garbage incinerators, liquid fluidized bed boilers, coal-fired boilers and other working conditions.
